After 32 yrs as a loyal customer, Nationwide refuses to cover my 82 yr old Mother's new home. We unfortunately had a small stovetop fire and due to the smoke, filed a claim. Even if you've paid for over 3 decades Nationwide will drop you like a hot potato. Loyalty is one sided.More to come........
